Drawing on traditional methods of cooking on natural fire and charcoal to grill our meat and fish dishes. The locally sourced produce is expertly cooked to retain flavour and create succulent dishes.

The Coal Shed London uses all organic native British breed meats which are available in a variety of cuts and weights. We also serve only ethically caught and sustainable fish, which we get from our suppliers on the South Coast, close to our Brighton origins. Our mission is to work towards helping the environment at the same time as serving only the finest food.

Every day there is a selection of the best produce available from smaller rare breed farms around the UK, which we work with. This is not found on our main menu but will be on the boards around the restaurant, along with the fish from the fisherman’s catch which is caught daily straight from the South coast.
