Inspired by our founder Raz Helalat’s Iranian upbringing surrounded by a rich food culture of smoked meats and breads, himself and head chef Paul Robinson have created a selection of charcoal smoked brioche buns filled with seasonal British ingredients. The menu is available Monday - Fridays from 12 - 4pm. Choose from three bowls, three buns, and our signature Coal Shed burger, all priced at £10.
